Lauren Victoria Burke Podcasts

Lauren Victoria Burke writes about Congress and politics from Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. She is Chief Congressional Correspondent for POLITIC365.COM and owns a photo wire service, WDCPIX.COM. Her first job in journalism was as a personal assistant to Cokie Roberts at ABC News. Ms. Burke was also a staffer on Capitol Hill at the Democratic Policy Committee and has also worked for USA Today.com, The Washington Post, The Hill and Associated Press. She’s covered a bunch of campaigns including President Obama’s historic run for the White House from which she produced a 280-page photography book.
Since joining The Evening Rush back in August (’11), Lauren Victoria Burke has quickly become a favorite of Milwaukee listeners due to her expert reporting on the Congressional Black Caucus. Burke’s attention to detail and unique insight offers my audience a provocative mix of beltway savvy and political prowess not found on Black Talk Radio anywhere. Please visit her website at www.crewof42.com for awesome commentary and reporting. Enjoy the podcasts of her appearances below.
