Community Service/Volunteer:

  • Presently, Earl serves as a mentor & volunteer at his Alma-Mater, Washington High School. Every February for Black History Month he has been bringing together black leaders from all walks of life. This spans from judges to journeymen, fellow radio and TV personalities, Politian’s, corporate CEO’s, and even medical professionals to address issues within the city. This shows the children that there are other great possibilities in life and understand the power of education.
  • Every February Earl also works with the High School staff to provide funding for a city wide “Special Needs Prom”. This is truly one of the most beautiful events of the year. Hundreds of disabled children dressed in their finest, dancing and communicating with each other. This provides them with great self-esteem and a great comfort level with one another.
  • President of the Neighborhood Children’s Sports League (NCSL) for the past 12 years. This is an all volunteer program and this league is the largest youth tackle football league under one roof in the state of Wisconsin. Currently there are over 700 boys’ ages 6 to 14 yrs.
